Md Bin Yeamin (Md=Mohammad)
Md Bin Yeamin born in 1986 in a small town, Netrokona in Bangladesh. In 2010, he has achieved his first degree in Chemistry with distinction from Shahjalal University of Science & Technology. He teaches general chemistry at IUBAT University from 2012.
In 2012-2014, he was awarded a fellowship for the European Master in Theoretical Chemisty and Computational Modelling (EMTCCM). After accomplishing his EMTCCM master from University of Valencia, he passed some time at Max Planck Institute at Magdeburg as a guest scientist. In 2016, he got back to home to continue teaching general chemistry until he join to Rovira I Virgili University (URV) in 2018 as a doctoral student under the supervision of Dr. Anna M. Masdeu Bultó and Dr. Mar Reguero.
Yeamin is traveling along the Europe for the love of science. His doctoral thesis focuses on the catalytic conversion of carbon dioxide into cyclic carbonates. The EMTCCM degree opens the door to research on the computational part of the project whereas the experimental part is to explore.
He wonders to understand the synergy of language evolution with that of programming. In leisure, he reads books to advance to understand how things around the world are working. Yeamin enjoys jogging and yoga.
